Massimo Virgilio is the founder of MVC, an international energy executive with more than two decades of experience spanning technology, digital transformation, engineering, commercialization and business leadership across the global energy industry.
His career combines senior technology leadership with direct commercial and operational responsibility, including technology strategy, product development, digital transformation, engineering organizations, client relationships and P&L performance across international businesses. In Norway, this has included engagements with Equinor, Aker BP and Vår Energi. Internationally, his experience includes engagements with Shell, ExxonMobil, BP, TotalEnergies, Eni, Repsol, OMV, Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Oil Company (KOC), Petrobras, Pemex, Occidental (Oxy), Petronas, Woodside Energy, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger.
